I assisted in developing and maintaining responsive websites using core technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I also design user-friendly and responsive interfaces for both desktop and mobile devices. In addition, i was involved in basic mobile app developement, including UI/UX design and improving user experience. I perform testing, debugging qnd optimization to ensure smooth performance and functionality. I collaborated with team members to understand project requirements and contributed to delivering functional web solutions.

I actively identify issues and enhance overall front-end quality through regular testing and updates.

I promoted and marketed Astro upgrade packages to customers, explaining product benefits and assisting them in making informed decisions. I engaged with customers to understand their needs and provided suitable package recommendations. I also handled documentations related to to customer agreements, ensuring all details were accurately recorded and properly processed. Additionally, I supported the sales process by maintaining clear communications and ensuring smooth customer onboarding.

I assisted in managing and maintaining company IT systems, including supporting staff with computer-related issues and troubleshooting basic hardware and software problems. I developed and updated company websites using Wordpress, ensuring content accuracy and smooth funcionality. I also performed routine system checks, maintenance and basic technical support to ensure all office computers operated efficiently. In addition, i helped with general IT tasks ne ensured minimal downtime for daily operations.
